Such an amazing idea! Ever since I heard this talk live in October, I've been implementing this into my own work and my collaboration with others. It has decreased my negative self-talk and was immediately effective in getting anything started.

Ellen DeGeneres show was pretty sexist though.. the way they sexualized that poor gardener. Made me as a woman uncomfortable too. Ellen herself is an awful person as well.. outing people's pregnancies, being horrible to staff and guests, etc..
