I have tried and TRIED to stop stomach sleeping. But I can't stop. It's so comfortable, and I've been doing it forever. And I'm perfectly healthy and have no spine problems or neck problems whatsoever

4:30 My body likes to move around so much that i go to sleep on my back and wake up on my stomach with terrible pain in my neck :)
peterwilliamson8 (5 hours ago)
The worse part about side-sleeping is sometimes your head can protrude too far or lay on an awkward position. Next thing you know, when you wake up in the morning, f**k that neck sprain annoys you the entire day.
