It should be a “Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity”, “Must only be opportunity once in a lifetime”.
In another word,
we encounter various encounters in our lives we should cherish each encounter as something special and unique（The parable of cherishing encounters）.

I have been practicing the “Urasenke” tea ceremony for over 40 years.

亥の子餅（いのこもち）は、旧暦10月の「亥（いのしし）」の月、最初の「亥」の日、「亥」の刻（午後9時～11時頃）に食べる和菓子で、子孫繁栄や無病息災を願い、イノシシの子（うり坊）の形に似せて作られます。大豆、小豆、ごまなど7種の粉を混ぜた餅で、火災を避ける意味もあり、茶道では「炉開き」のお菓子として使われ、**玄猪餅（げんちょもち）**とも呼ばれます。
