**What you will find here:**
Cooking demonstrations, stories, laughter, friendship, and kitchen tips and tricks for home cooks. We do mainly budget friendly recipes using classical French culinary techniques, simplified for beginner cooks without the fluff.

So join us in our 126-years-old kitchen located in the Shadows of **Mount Rainier**.
We do one to two lives weekly, on Sundays at 6pm PST/9pm EST (with occasional pop-ups at random times on Saturdays).
We now have a couple of Project Series: Cook Along, and the popular Mystery Wheel of Misfortune, and Subscriber-requested videos.
