Based in South Texas - where Tex-Mex food rules – you’ll see a lot of that on the channel, but I love exploring all cuisines as well. (I have a weakness for pizza & hot dogs!) I mostly cook on my offset smokers, but you’ll see me dabbling in griddles, burners, charcoal, propane & pellet grills too. Here you’ll find cooking videos, product reviews, restaurant reviews, Road trips, BBQ DIY projects and just about anything food related. I’ve always believed that good food brings good people together. So, you'll see me sharing a lot of what we make here with others too.
