Based in South Texas, I cook up a ton of Tex-Mex, but I’ll explore just about any cuisine that tastes good (especially if it involves pizza or hot dogs!). I’m an offset smoker guy at heart, but I love dabbling with griddles, charcoal, and pellet grills, too. Here, you’ll find a mix of cooking videos, product and restaurant reviews, road trips, and DIY BBQ projects. My core philosophy is simple: good food brings good people together.
