Description

As a neurodivergent composer, I intuitively write a mixture of instrumental whimsical, playful, ambient and somewhat melancholy music to help my own brain navigate emotional dysregulation and intense feelings. Instead of fighting the wave, I use my music to safely lean into, process, and ground my emotions during times of distress, ADHD burnout, or sensory overload.
