Hollan Holmes is an Ambient Electronic Composer, Fine Artist and Computer Graphics Artist, living in the United States. A traditional artist since he was old enough to put Crayola to wall, Hollan has always been deeply entranced by the creative process.

Hollan explored traditional rock music in his teens and 20s, then discovered a different kind of music in the early 80s, when he first heard JM Jarre, then Tangerine Dream and Steve Roach. This set him on a path of fervent exploration, which began to take on a much more serious nature.

By the mid 2000s, technology had advanced to the point that it was then possible to create very high quality audio within a modest budget. Hollan's musical endeavors became every bit as serious as that of his visual art.

Hollan's ninth album, Sacred Places, will soon be released on the Spotted Peccary Music label.
