Been here since day 1 when y'all still didn't know what to name the podcast, and will be here until the ship finally sinks

I really liked the discussion about tone and the ratio being important. When a game gets criticized for having bad writing overall, I think the tone not resonating or meeting expectations is often the biggest factor. Starting with "campy" as a baseline for this genre and modern audience is a risky move.

I hope you guys still do the podcast even if Bioware dies off. It would be interesting to hear you guys talk about other genre media, games or otherwise. Maybe even a 1st try kind of review of stuff you've been recommended or wanted to get into. I listen to a manga podcast that does this and it's an interesting way to cover content without the pressure of having to complete it unless it really hooks you. Or even like VersusWolves where they recommended eachother things to try out.

Dragon Age was there for me when I needed it most. It wasn't perfect but i was satisfied with the ending. The same goes for this podcast. Listening to you guys talk, ramble and rant has been so much fun. Watching your very cursed worldstate streams has made a lot of my evenings and I surely will miss you two. But I wish both of you the best in your future ventures! Even if those have nothing to do with content creation. It's been real guys! Love ya!

I knew BioWare before I knew this podcast. But you two have kind of become part of the dragon age/mass effect experience for me. Whenever I start up a new play through of either series split the veil comes on with it. Part of me thinks I probably would’ve enjoyed veilguard more if I had your companion rating/discussion episode to go with it. Not blaming you of course but if you release one I’ll be there. Like many others in the comments, whatever you guys do next, if anything, I’ll be there.

i feel like bioware died even before veilguard. playing veilguard felt like playing the ghost or something i used to love but now felt soooo wrong.
