*CORRECTION* Petri still works on both magic AND physical. The big nerf is the fact that it can't be cancelled anymore, effectively hard CC'ing you for 60 seconds. Getting a petri on the server I was playing on was quite difficult, so testing was limited. I want to make sure the info I put out is 100% accurate, I'll do a better job going forward.

So heroic bloodfurnace is WAY easier if you have a priest to MC a mob in like every pack, the mobs you take do insane damage and during the cages makes the packs incredibly manageable.

We used to start our TBC raids with warlock ritual to sacrifice, just to embrace the feeling of death that was to come.
