13:40 this is something I studied in college and wrote my senior thesis on the philosophy of physics about. On the definition of determinism used most often for questions about metaphysics, many worlds is not deterministic. The set of all worlds is deterministic, but for any world in which we may ask the question, there are other possible worlds in which things were different and there is no single true answer for questions about the future. That is what you need for most metaphysics questions about determinism. There are other senses of the term that ARE true that may be relevant to other questions though.
