Thanks so much for putting this information out there Leslie. As someone who has suffered with this condition, I understand how unnerving it is. Not to mention that the nature of this condition seems to somewhat remain a mystery to the medical community, in terms of what causes it, the prognosis and treatment options etc..

And also when ever I'm starting to have a really bad flare up, I will make some anti inflammatory tea. It helps me within minutes of drinking it.I don't have a set recipe, I add more or less however I feel that day.

I also found that taking baths with rice flour has also helped too.
