The story centers around Fat Cat; a secret crime-fighting superhero who protects his home of Tip Top City from danger. By day, Fat Cat is a celebrity chef, who uses his culinary skills and chef's utility belt to fight crime. His favorite tools are his giant spatula and his jar of sticky jam.
