Description

Mexican-American beauty, wellness, and lifestyle for women in their late 30s and beyond.

Hi, I’m Dulce. I’ve been sharing my life on YouTube since 2008, from beauty tutorials and life milestones to motherhood, marriage, big moves, and starting over in small-town Texas.

I’m also the founder of Sweet Soul, a wellness and lifestyle brand, and the creator of the FLOW Planner, a three-month planner designed to help you create more clarity, peace, and purpose in your everyday life.

Here you’ll find:

✨ Beauty routines for late 30s skin, brown skin, and real life
🛍️ Drugstore, Target, and Walmart hauls with honest hits, misses, and dupes
☕ Simple wellness, slower mornings, home life, and cozy routines
👩‍👦‍👦 Mom life, marriage, faith, identity, and starting over after L.A.
📖 Planner, lifestyle, and intentional living moments through my brand Sweet Soul
