Welcome to Strange Books Read Aloud — home of The Arcane Library, a curated collection of the hidden classics: the occult, the mystical, and the forgotten works of the late 1800s and early 1900s.

I'm Thomas. I read these esoteric classics because so many have been lost to time, yet still have something to say. Each book is chosen with care, introduced with real historical context — the author, the era, and why the work still matters — then narrated slowly and in full: for study, for quiet reflection, or to drift away by at the edge of sleep.

Every reading here is public domain and contextualized, many of them read in my own voice. New esoteric and occult classics added regularly. Dim the lights, settle in, and let the words carry you away.
