Waiting instills a fear of abandonment when the anxiety of every moment compels the impinging chilling fear eclipsing all other feelings, the feeling the thing we wanted was coming for me alone without remorse, through the night I am afflicted with an anguished longing a fathomless paradoxical remorse for my failure to finally attempt something which I may not have time for fixing my bed in cold shadows in the city of dreadful nights without splendor, through the night an excruciating foreboding falls on my soul. The nature of life I know not, my hope is for you to be free without me to find your proper place. Our forces were slight, our goal lays far in the distance, away from us, this great divide, clearly visible though myself am unlikely to reach it, so passed the time given to me on earth, lastly, to taste your kisses on my frail lips, when our time has passed try not to judge us harshly; in the distance a melodious death chant rings true for the heart of darkness.
