Hi! I'm Sam, and this is a channel about, you guessed it, Tae Kwon Do. At its inception, we'll be exploring the foundations of this Korean martial art based on the Ki Nung style, the training I received growing up. Along the way, I will strive for all of us to learn more about the big L word: Life. Let's get to it!

Episodes are released the first three Tuesdays of every month (but you never know when I might throw in some bonus content). I recommend starting from episode 1, but then again, who knows what kind of experience you may have watching this however you see fit. At the very least, I hope to make you smile.
