After being sick and tired of being sick and tired turning to a diet after diet we finally discovered the keto lifestyle. It is a lifestyle! That was the problem that we kept making over and over in the past. This time it is different and this time it isn't just about weight loss but rather feeling better and healing our bodies. We are currently down 168 lbs. as a couple and 338 lbs. as a family. We want to share our journey with you and hopefully be able to root you on and encourage you as well.
