Under the Umbrella is a space for honest, human conversations about ethical non-monogamy in all its shapes. Hosted by me and my nesting partner, it explores how people build connection, practice consent, and navigate complexity in relationships that don’t fit a single mold.

This isn’t about telling anyone how to love. It’s about exploring the “why” behind how we love—how communication, self-awareness, and emotional literacy create more sustainable, ethical relationships. Through personal reflection, stories, and practical discussion, Under the Umbrella aims to make ENM less mysterious, more compassionate, and a lot less confusing.
Because there’s no one right way to love—just better ways to do it honestly.
