He came into the conversation with God feeling miserable, so he had emotions and came before God. When we are distraught, turning to God will bring us to salivation and assurance of His presence, as the Holy Spirit usually moves within us. Good to know standing on the Word and coming before God produces His presence. However, straying from Him will also produce His presence, keeping us on the right path. It is up to us to learn how to commune with Jesus’s and His Father and His Holy Spirit. Look for the River of Peace in all things, for sure. God bless you, brother!
