Description

I have a disease called M.E. It is similar medically to diseases such as M.S. and polio but also has a few unique (and hideous) features all its own. My case is severe but has been very slowly improving over the last few years.


For the last 8 years I've been working (slowly) on a website focused on M.E. advocacy and giving patients the information that I wish I'd had when I was first ill. The website has recently been published as a book featuring a foreword text by M.E. expert Dr Byron Hyde.


Lately I have been reading as much as I can about health and healing. Some of the information out there is genuinely amazing. But finding the little nuggets of gold amongst all the junk takes time.


Health, Healing + Hummingbirds aims to get a summary of the cutting-edge information on health I've learned out to people in the earliest stages of their disease, where it can do the most good. See the HHH site for much more info!
