Amy and Alex

Description

Amy and Alex are rescue cats.
On a cold day of October 2019 Amy was found left outside of the apartment building at the age of ~2 months.
The man who rescued her placed an ad. We took her the same day.
We wanted Amy to have some company, so not long after we went to the animal shelter and took Alex to our home.
Amy was a bit feral at first, but after some time and love she become a very happy domestic cat :)
Alex was a bit scared at first as well, he was afraid of loud noises and fast movements, but after some time he relaxed and he is a typical happy house cat now too.
For the first days we trained them to eat behind the doors of each other while being able to smell and hear each other. The gap of the doors was widened up each day while keeping bowls full of food next to the door gap from the both sides. After one week of training they were eating from the single bowl together without any sings of aggression towards each other.
They love each other now. We love them too.
