These arrangements are fan-made arrangements based on Touhou Project music.
Please also refer to the official Touhou derivative work guidelines:

You may use them in Touhou fan content such as videos, animations, streams, or background music.
You may also use them in monetized content on platforms such as YouTube or Twitch, including monetization methods provided by the platform itself (such as ads, Super Chat, etc.), without any particular restriction.
However, please do not reupload, redistribute, or upload the music itself as standalone content.
For game use, I am unable to handle permissions on an individual basis, so please refrain from using them in games.
Clear credit is required whenever my arrangements are used.
