CHiCO with HoneyWorks is a unit that brings together CHiCO, the grand prize winner of “Utakatsu!” audition, and HoneyWorks, the hitmaking creators behind
“Kawaikute Gomen.” Since their 2014 major debut
with “Sekai wa Koi ni Ochiteiru,”
they have performed the theme songs for such hugely popular anime hits as Ao Haru Ride, the Gintama series, and Haikyu!! To The Top. Their youthful sound, melodies, and lyrics have resonated with countless teenage fans.
Following their Zepp tour on April 2023, CHiCO with HoneyWorks announced a temporary hiatus. CHiCO launched a solo project that July, collaborating with
creators, composers, and artists from Japan and around the world to produce music.
CHiCO with HoneyWorks reunited in August 2025.
