RichKat Ranch - home to Richard and Kathy, our German Shepherd Dogs Serena, Boone, and Bear, 5 cats, a Thoroughbred gelding, a mule, 6 Toulouse geese (Monet is tending to a nest of eggs as of 6/25/25!), 15 ducks, & a Red-Eared Slider.

We are passionate about animal care and Nature - and Kathy is pretty passionate about cooking, MUSIC, Bugs and Bald Eagles! We all live on 2 acres in Southlake, Texas, near Fort Worth, and we enjoy teaching folks how to raise waterfowl for pets and eggs, along with sharing our life with the animals, our daily routines, tasty recipes, and tidbits of wisdom we have acquired through living and loving life.
