I just did 6 1/2 years in state prison for drug charges and other robbery and other miscellaneous charges and I have turned my life around previous to that I’ve had a bunch of runs with the law trafficking cocaine. Bunch of bad choices led me to a hard life a life. I do not want to live a life. Nobody should live and I woke up one day and realized I was going to stop being a victim and stop blaming other people for why I was in jail and why I was sitting in this position I was sitting in so I actually put together a way of thinking it doesn’t have to involve constant working out constant eating right it doesn’t involve eating right. It does involve working out. It doesn’t involve spirituality. I didn’t say religion and I said spirituality. Whatever whichever one you’re interested in is fine. All I say is get to know me if you’re overweight I guarantee you I can get you to drop weight just DM me. Let me know how much you weigh. I will tell you a diet plan and give tools you need 💪🏼💪🏼💼
