If you buy a card in one condition, and it comes in another, it should always be sent back unless it's an impossible card to find. On a side note, I just received a card from an ebay seller and it took 10 minutes to open it. You could have driven a truck over it and not damaged it. LOL

I don't see it. Just me. I'm getting a record from UK. We'll see how good it arrives. I guess record collectors are in a world of hurt with shipping outside USA or people blocking packages due to rules/customs and tariffs. I don't ship outside USA anymore.
