Funkin Matt, a renowned producer and DJ hailing from Oslo, Norway, has been a prominent figure in the electronic music scene since 2007. He has consistently delivered quality music, characterized by an unique mix of instant recognizable melodies, meticulous sound design, and with plenty room for experimentation and genre twisting.
His official Mariah Carey remix "You're Mine" reached #1 on the Billboard Dance Chart and became a Future House classic, with Zeds Dead he created the melodic house tune 'Feel So' which has become one of his most popular tracks on Spotify to this date. In early 2021 he released 'Everybody' together with 3LAU as the very first music NFT, which sold out within minutes. At the same time he started working on a new sound, somewhere between techno and futuristic house music, and out of that came JOI. His current Nostalgia EP draws influences from the '90s and '00s, reimagined through a 2025 lens.
