Genesis49:10 predicted that the sceptre of Kingship and rulers would not depart from the tribe of Judah until the Shiloh (Messiah) comes to whom it belongs to. That Messiah has come (Jesus) and he has saved mankind by his sacrifice on the cross. Jesus has taken that sceptre of rulership and given the dominion men once had in Genesis1;26 back. We have a dominion mandate and it is indeed to go out and 1. preach the word to all creations Mark16:15 2. Make disciples Matthew28:19. We are all one in Christ and therefore every man is of the tribe of Judah and every man holds a sceptre, with God as our theocratic King. It is time to take hold and take territory of the place you stand, work, walk, run, sleep, eat etc in. That's your mandate. That's your duty. That is your right.
