Uncle Ty: The Gaming Guy

Description

Yo! I’m Uncle Ty, The Gaming Guy.

Between the daily grind and chasing a toddler, I’m building a sanctuary—a "save point at the end of time" where the lore of the crew meets a deep curiosity for how games actually tick. I’ve been breaking things open to see how they work since I was ten years old, starting with my very first computer. That same drive led me to prototyping game ideas and dissecting mechanics from the inside out.

Warming up by the CRT "campfire" for those 16-bit and 64-bit classics.

Revisiting the Co-op Archives with the crew to talk through the shared history of the games we love.

Charting a Player's Journey through modern epics at a human pace, from Neo Geo roots to the latest PS5 Pro arrivals.

Whether you're here for a discussion of a flawed gem or just need a bit of visceral calm at the end of your day, welcome to the save point.

New videos on Games Tuesdays, when I can. Pull up a chair, and grab a beverage.
