Hi, I'm Sana. 👋
From the very beginning of my existence, I was coined with the phrase by my grams that I was made to be perfectly imperfect.
So, to no surprise, I started a Keto journey 1/05/19, quickly lost 101 lbs. in the first 15 months but gained 42 lbs. back due to mental health issues which keto seemed to worsen. I was fearful to do Carnivore as there's some dogmatic, strict opinions of how Carnivore should be done, but I started #beefbutterbaconeggs elimination way of eating on 1/01/23 and accomplished 60 days. I experienced so much healing that encouraged me to continue on with Carnivore in my own perfectly imperfect way where proof is in the healing and not the scale...
