Our mind body system is designed to HEAL ITSELF and is not limited to just scratches and bruises. Even if you abuse your body it tries to heal itself, unless the damage is extensive and you continue doing mistakes for years. Severe illnesses are largely result of our complete ignorance on both the physical level (diet, poisoning, lifestyle) as well as on the mental level (bad mental hygiene and discipline, wrong understanding of purpose of life). Pain and suffering are signals to our conscious mind that we have to CHANGE our ways. When we do, in the right direction, we "miraculously" recover. Nature pulsates with life giving medicine! When you resist Nature, we suffer. NOTE: the people and industries who give "health advice" usually benefit from the fact that we are sick and if we were healthy they would go BROKE. Pharmaceutical is the Greek word for Pharmaco that means POISON.
