Hi! I'm Liz Kao.

I was once a lawyer, but my love for food led me to embark on a self-taught journey as a food critic. How does one become a food critic? Is there an academy to attend or a license to be earned like a lawyer? None of those exist. This has always been an uphill road of discovery and lifelong learning.

This channel is my endeavor after more than a decade of writing about food and drink. I hope you will all enjoy it!
