I didn’t arrive here by accident.

From 7 -12, I was sexually abused by two different males. That trauma fractured my identity early and sent me searching for relief in all the wrong places. I became addicted to alcohol and drugs, lived as a dope dealer, chased validation, and struggled with sexual confusion rooted in the abuse.

I attempted suicide more than once and survived alcohol poisoning three times. 26 homes and attended 16 different schools.

Today, I live with clarity, peace, and joy because I am no longer at war with myself. I’ve been sober from alcohol since 9/29/2001 and have spent my life doing the work most people avoid: facing truth, reclaiming identity, and rebuilding from the inside out.
