Someone MUST have CSA in there clan tag for ranked match to count. If not the match will not count.
Ranks 1-2 you must beat in a 2-0 or 2-1 series to take rank. Ranks 3-5 You need only 1 series to take rank. Series must be completed in 48Hours or it will count as loss.
