Hooray TV is a children’s channel set in a fictional town called Hexa Town. The main characters of the series are the Hippo siblings Holly & Holla who are supported in cast by their family, Mommy Hippo, Papa Hippo, Baby Hippo and their friends Rolly, the rabbit, Eva, the elephant, Zeke, the Zebra, Gino, the giraffe and their pet dog Dash.

The rhymes and episodes that feature on the channel are set in Hexa Town. The simplistic design, colours and animation styles appeal to young kids and keep them engaged while they learn rhymes and songs, develop literacy and numeracy skills and learn life skills and values.
