A hobby is a regular activity that is done for enjoyment, typically during one's leisure time. My take on the hobby of lock picking is that it is not for learning how to steal things that aren't yours, but the enjoyment of practicing the skill of how to bypass a lock without the use of destructive force. Lock picking is not the means to an end, but is an end in itself.

Please don't use any lock picking methods for any unlawful adventures, e.g. to manipulate locks you do not own or do not have permission to manipulate.
