🦅 Only The Family is a collective formed in 2010 by Chicago rapper Lil Durk. It is home to various Chicago artists such as Booka600, King Von, and Doodie Lo. The group has released several compilation albums and mixtapes together, beginning in 2018. These being Family over Everything, Loyal Bros 1, and Loyal Bros 2. Along with the mixtape series Only the Family Involved.

In 2021 Lil Durk launched OTF Gaming. A home for creators to thrive and collaborate, creating content with franchises like Call of Duty, NBA 2K and Grand Theft Auto. While also collaborating with other prominent content organizations and collectives such as AMP and FaZe Clan.
