Description

Honest, long-term reviews of the gear dads buy, from a 6'5", 280 lb dad of three who builds it, uses it for months and tells you who should buy it.

I'm Mike Behrens, a dad of three daughters and a 23-year pro wrestler. Everything here gets set up and used in my own house, and I come back at one month, six months and a year to show you how it's holding up. If you're a bigger guy wondering whether it will fit you and hold your weight, that's the first thing I answer.

What I review:
- Home gym: treadmills, squat racks, exercise bikes, benches, barbells
- Recovery and health: saunas, body scan scales, sleep and mobility tools
- Supplements: only the ones I buy and take myself
- Dad gear: electric trikes, truck gear and whatever else a dad buys

Every video ends with who the product is best for, so you don't waste money on the wrong thing.
