I suffer from a variety of syndromes, one of them being congenital. The only way to help us with the gain is to stay active. Eating healthy. No processed carbohydrates, gluten, or junk foods. Maybe you identify with some of these so you know what it's like. Hypermobility, spondyloarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and fibromyalgia. You can dance and enjoy it even in a chair.🪑💖🌷🤗
