Welcome to Kevin, the wandering woodchuck!
Just to clarify, "Woodchuck" is local slang term for a Native Vermonter.
I was given this nickname many years ago while hiking Vermont's Long Trail from end to end in the fall of 2001. My apparent accent gave me away as the only "native" Vermonter on the trail at the time. I adopted the nickname wholeheartedly.
I do not consider myself as any sort of expert with survival, bushcraft or any other outdoor sport. I am simply an average guy in love with the outdoors.
I invite you to join me in my adventures all over New England and Canada.
My interest include as follows... Camping\woodcraft, canoeing, hunting, fishing, Skiing, Mt biking, Backpacking. I also enjoy testing my outdoor skills in a more traditional manor.
