Hello, I am Baiano Raiz and I created this channel to share my years of knowledge in home renovation, construction and real estate investing.

I began my journey twenty years ago when I moved to Canada from Brasil and worked in construction as a contractor. Now I run my own drywall company and have bought, renovated, and sold over 10 homes in the Vancouver area in order to turn a profit.

After decades of embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, I would like to distribute some of my knowledge to help you reach your full potential in a combination real estate investing, homeowner advice and taking ownership of your own reno and DIY projects!
