Hey, I am Jason and I love to cook, I love to eat, I love to entertain and have a good time. No greater joy do I get than watching people gather to eat a great meal while enjoying great conversation. Because in that moment, that is all that matters. Join me in the kitchen and in restaurants around the world as I travel with my beautiful wife, Alisa.

I like to stay true to my roots and cook Southern classic food and of course, I love to BBQ, so you will see many of these meals. But also through our travels, I have discovered many flavors and recipes that I bring home and incorporate into our daily lives as well.
