Description

This is about the selfsufficiency of a family of four with fruits, vegetables, cereals and meat from their own garden. We ask ourselves the question: is that possible?
 
Less than 50 years ago, largely self-sufficiency in terms of food was common in the countryside. In modern times, however, much of the knowledge that is needed to take care of your own food is lost. We try to recover some of this for ourselves and to rediscover it for you.
