I built and later sold a popular online business while raising my family and simultaneously began growing what is now my 115M+ view main YouTube channel sharing Big Batch Freezer Meals, Mega Cooking, Massive Frugal Hauls, and more to help make real life more doable for women carrying a lot.

In 2023 my life changed completely. I had to learn how to rebuild from the inside out.

This channel is where I share more of my rebuilding journey in real time. Healing. Nervous system care. Women’s health. Walking, running, growing in hard seasons, and choosing forward one small step at a time.

I’m not here because I have life perfectly figured out. I’m here because I know what it feels like to survive hard things and still want to build a meaningful life afterward.
