Founded by entertainer COMMON and his mother, Dr. Mahalia A. Hines, the Common Ground Foundation (CGF) is a youth mentoring program that serves youth from the south and west sides of Chicago. Our mission is to empower high school students from underserved communities to become future leaders. CGF programs focus on character development, social impact, healthy living, technology, financial literacy, creative arts, and global leadership.
