May 20, 2011 I started my weight loss journey at 341 Pounds
May 20, 2012 my 1 year weight loss anniversary I weighed 178.6 Pounds
May 20, 2013 my 2 year weight loss anniversary I weighed 149.4 Pounds
A Few Facts:
-Height : 5'6
-The first 150 pounds was lost from using portion control and counting my calories on myfitnesspal.com. My workouts were walking, zumba and Curves. The following 40 pounds was lost counting my calories as well as carbs. My workouts were walking, supreme 90 day, insanity, turbo fire, hip hop abs and rockin body and zumba.
-I have not had weight loss surgery or taken any weight loss pills
-protein powder I use is Jay Robb whey protein
-I do cardio 5-6 times a week and do strength training 4-5 times a week
