People have asked me in the past how I can take my videos seriously, with the lack of effects etc. that you see in alot of AMV based videos online.

I believe that video editing [especially AMV/GMV making] is not about the effects and instead I try to focus solely on the lyrics and flow of music.

A video with zero effects can be miles better than one overloaded with them.

IMO using too many effects doesn't show how much skill someone has but instead masks the video so people can't see the true inspiration, apiration and talent that is put into the project.

For this reason, my videos will never become clones of the millions of videos you see online.
