For 30 years, Primal Screen created dynamic, interactive content that resonated with both adults and kids. The studio brought together graphic designers, animators, developers, sound designers, and a seasoned production team to deliver engaging media from concept through completion. Their work frequently appeared on Cartoon Network, PBS KIDS, Nickelodeon, Disney, and HBO Family. Founded in 1995 by Doug Grimmett, Jane Grimmett, and Steve Mank, Primal Screen was one of the Southeast’s first motion design studios. The studio officially closed at the beginning of 2025.
