Hello, I'm happy to welcome you to my Pure Sound Relax channel. Here you'll find simple videos in which I enjoy playing Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments, chanting mantras, and humming, with the sole purpose of relaxing together and offering you some positive, calming vibrations.
I have no training in Tibetan singing bowls or Buddhist practice; everything I do is the result of self-taught research and a desire to share the things I discover, which I consider beautiful and useful for humanity.
I offer this content with simplicity, humility, and a desire to engage especially those who have never explored a more spiritual approach to life, aware that I can make mistakes and that this is just a tiny seed.
