My channel is an array of many things. Mostly, however, my channel is about my mental health and the things I go through each day. My goal is to help others who struggle each day as I do. This channel is a safe place for people who have mental health or love someone with Mental Health to come and get support. I have a Live Mental Health Live Chat Every Monday Evening at 8pm Central Time. It is an open panel. So if you would like to join and share your story. You are welcome to come aboard.
